Sound Familiar?
Whether you're building your roster or growing it, the future triathletes aren't at the races yet.
If you're just getting started:
You know you can help people. You just can’t find them. You’ve posted, joined the groups and run the free sessions, and it’s slow going. Without a roster of results to point to, it’s easy to wonder if people will take you seriously.
If you're already established:
You know you can help people. You just can’t find them. You’ve posted, joined the groups and run the free sessions, and it’s slow going. Without a roster of results to point to, it’s easy to wonder if people will take you seriously.
Either way,
You know you can help people. You just can’t find them. You’ve posted, joined the groups and run the free sessions, and it’s slow going. Without a roster of results to point to, it’s easy to wonder if people will take you seriously.
The best way to show your value is to provide it.
The Forward Is A Pace Indoor Timed Triathlon takes place in a controlled environment. Athletes swim in a pool, ride a stationary bike and walk or run on a track or treadmill, all at a local facility. Athletes go as far as they can in a given time. There are no placements. No one feels left behind.
Swim
Bike
Run
First-timers race beside seasoned athletes, and everyone finishes proud. For you, it’s a live demonstration of how you coach. The facility sees you run a safe, joyful event for its members. New athletes meet you, train with you and cross a finish line with you cheering. When they ask, “Do you coach?”, you’ve already earned their trust.
Participation is proof. That's why we choose proof over podiums.
My Story
Five years in, I caught a tailwind that boosted my business.
I hosted my first indoor triathlon at the YMCA for free. It wasn’t the plan. But it gave me something a paycheck couldn’t: proof, credibility and a relationship with the facility.
Within 6 months, I was running the Y’s Masters swim program and teaching lessons. I had 5 new swim clients, 2 new team members and a contract to write a custom training plan.

The Investment
An investment in your business that keeps paying forward.
Forward Is A Pace Indoor Timed Triathlon For Coaches isn’t a template pack you’ll download and forget. It’s a proven event you can run this season and every season after, with your branding and your community.
Ask yourself what one new athlete is worth to your business over a season. If one or two finishers join your team or start private coaching, it can pay for itself. And the relationships with the facility, the athletes and your community keep growing long after race day.
